Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that is leaving a mark on the small screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas in order to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in independent local films as well as global commercials. Despite small roles, she soon discovered her love in acting. After moving from New York, in 2001 she got her first role as an actor on All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she had small roles in JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was cast as her first part of a series in The Mountain which was the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some great TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. She then migrated to the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her character in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a part-time role in CSI Miami a short time after. She was Marisol Deko as Horatio his wife. In NBC's dark, dramatic thriller Do No Harm she played the role of Dr. Lena Solis. The show was later cancelled by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger brother Cory was born 10 years younger than her. Milano was born into a relatively conservative and religious family. Milano began her acting career aged seven years old after her babysitter accompanied her for an audition. She was one of four girls selected from among thousands of hopefuls. Milano was featured on television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions including the musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
