Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire, a quiet community situated in The West Island of Montreal is one of those "sleepy" area. It is a part of the island that has been called "the West Island." West Island has a lot of diverse communities. For those who haven't heard of it often confuse it with an island that is west-facing. Amanda Brugel was born there however her stay was not long in the city. Brugel was raised in Courtice outside Oshawa Ontario. Over the past 20 years, Brugel's roles on television and the big screen have been numerous. Her role as Rita from the award winning show The Handmaid's Tale was her most memorable. Brugel played the role of Rita in The Handmaid's Tale the series filming over 10 years ago.
